What You’ll Do
As a Relationship Coach at Erovive, you will guide couples and individuals through our Relationship Re/Model Program, facilitating their journey toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. You will use a variety of coaching techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on growth accelerators such as friendship, intimacy, trust, conflict resolution, and more.
Your Responsibilities
Client Coaching: Conduct one-on-one and couples coaching sessions using our established methodologies to address client needs and goals.
Personalized Planning: Develop customized plans for clients based on the nine growth accelerators, adapting strategies to fit their specific relationship stages and challenges.
Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate client progress throughout the coaching program, making adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
Educational Workshops: Facilitate workshops and group sessions that provide additional learning opportunities and community support for clients.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed of the latest research and developments in relationship psychology and coaching techniques to enhance your coaching practice.

Our Perfect Candidate
Experience: 3+ years of experience in relationship coaching, counseling, or a related field. Certification in coaching or a related discipline is preferred.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, vital emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and discretion.
Attributes: Empathetic, patient, and committed to the principles of personal and relationship growth.
