What You’ll Do

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Erovive, you will provide expert therapy to couples and families, helping them to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationships. You will use evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific dynamics and challenges of each family or couple.

Your Responsibilities

  • Therapeutic Sessions: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address complex relational issues, utilizing therapeutic models that promote understanding, reconciliation, and healthy interactions.

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough assessments to diagnose relationship and family dynamics, identifying underlying problems that need addressing.

  • Treatment Planning: Develop detailed treatment plans with achievable goals and milestones tailored to the needs of each client or family group.

  • Crisis Intervention: Provide support and intervention during crisis situations, helping clients to navigate high-stress circumstances in a healthy and constructive manner.

  • Continuing Education: Maintain current knowledge of research and developments in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance therapeutic practice.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Experience: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with at least three years of clinical experience. Experience with diverse populations and a range of therapeutic models is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong clinical skills in therapy and assessment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at handling sensitive and complex issues.
