What You’ll Do

As an Executive Assistant at Erovive, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, enabling efficient management of their schedule and responsibilities. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of executive functions and facilitating effective leadership within the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports necessary for executive decision-making and meeting preparations.

  • Travel: Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for events and meetings.

  • Communication Facilitator: Serves as a point of contact for the CEO, handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure progress on critical initiatives.

  • Project Assistance: Manage projects by tracking timelines, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all necessary information is available for executive review.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in a coaching or therapeutic environment is a plus.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and other office management tools, and strong communication abilities.

  • Attributes: Highly reliable, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information with utmost professionalism.
