What You’ll Do
As an Events Coordinator at Erovive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our relationship coaching services and educational programs. This includes workshops, seminars, retreats, and other public engagement activities designed to enhance community awareness and participation.
Your Responsibilities
Event Planning and Management: Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, event scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Hybrid: Must travel to view location and be onsite for all events
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets to ensure that all activities are cost-effective and within financial constraints.
Promotional Activities: Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, ensuring high attendance and engagement.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and participants to ensure that all event details are handled professionally and efficiently.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement for future planning.

Our Perfect Candidate
Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning or management, preferably within a coaching, educational, or community-oriented setting.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in event management software.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
