What You’ll Do
As the Chief of Staff at Erovive, you will be pivotal in supporting the company's strategic direction and daily operations. Acting as a critical liaison between the CEO and other key staff, you will ensure that our organization’s activities align with our goals and mission. Your work will facilitate efficient operations, effective decision-making, and seamless communication across all levels of the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the execution of critical projects and initiatives, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed about company-wide initiatives and decisions.
Problem Solving: Act as a contact point for resolving issues affecting the company's operations or strategic goals.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and manage high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating presentations, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Our Perfect Candidate
Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a coaching, consulting, or similar industry. Experience in strategic planning and project management is essential.
Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at problem-solving and negotiation.
Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
