As a Business Development Manager at Erovive, you will drive our growth and client acquisition efforts within companies, organizations, educational institutions like colleges, and other entities. You will connect with decision-makers in these sectors, presenting our innovative programs and services designed to foster healthy, thriving relationships. Your work will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with our mission and values.
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients within companies, organizations, educational institutions, and other entities, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Erovive's offerings.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions.
Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the B2B and educational sectors.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our programs, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to clients.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline and closing deals efficiently.

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a coaching, consulting, or similar industry. Experience in selling services is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with selling to companies, organizations, and educational institutions is essential.
